Il casale "Antica Posta di Vallelunga" è situato nel cuore della campagna umbra, a soli 15 minuti di auto da Perugia, in prossimità di una strada provinciale che permette di raggiungere con grande facilità tutte le principali città d'arte umbre e toscane.
Ciò che caratterizza l'Antica Posta di Vallelunga, oltre alla natura e al verde che colora tutta la vallata, è sicuramente l'eleganza degli arredi, le rifiniture e il gusto dell'antico che i proprietari hanno messo nella ristrutturazione del casale e nel suo arredamento, oltre alle dimensioni degli appartamenti stessi, che vanno dai 44mq l'appartamento per 2 persone ai 240mq dell'appartamento per 8. Ogni casa, che può essere considerata una vera e propria abitazione con spazi grandi, è completamente indipendente e le cucine, di cui i vari appartamenti sono stati forniti, offrono forno elettrico, frigorifero, lavastoviglie e tutto ciò di cui una famiglia può necessitare.
In tutti gli appartamenti di questa country-house, dalla più piccola alla più grande, i proprietari hanno cercato di ricreare un'atmosfera familiare, al fine di poter soddisfare le aspettative degli ospiti che desiderano godere della quiete della vita agreste insieme alla raffinatezza di una struttura esclusiva.
In ogni casa sono stati conservati elementi originari quali gli archi, le travi in legno e tutto ciò che fornisce al complesso il sapore di un tempo che è possibile notare sia all'interno che all'esterno, riuscendo a mantenere un'armonia anche tra i colori della vegetazione campestre circostante e l'elegante struttura esterna. Tutti gli appartamenti hanno biancheria per le stanze, cuscini, coperte e biancheria per I bagni. Tutte le cucine sono state fornite di piatti, bicchieri, posate, pentole e tutto il necessario per passare un soggiorno senza problemi.
La struttura può accogliere senza problemi persone disabili e gode di un ettaro di giardino privato, due parcheggi e una piscina di 16 x 8-6 m.
E' possibile affittare il complesso anche unitariamente e, con le 10 stanze doppie, le 2 singole e i 9 bagni, può ospitare fino a gruppi di 22 persone , oppure 30 con l'utilizzo di due divani letto.

L'Ospitalità

I 7 appartamenti dell'Antica Posta sono distribuiti tra la struttura principale e le due dependance. Il Complesso principale e' composto al piano terra da una Grande casa di 241 mq (8 pax) con un portico esclusivo di oltre 50 mq, mentre al primo piano troviamo Il Castagno (2+1 pax) con terrazza privata, Il Melograno (3+1 pax) e L'Uva (2pax).

La Casa grande (241mq 8 pax) è composta da un elegante ingresso, una grande cucina abitabile dotata di tutti i comforts (frigorifero, freezer, forno elettrico, lavastoviglie, tostapane, microonde e camino per cucinare) e un salone di oltre 75mq con camino, sala da pranzo e studio con un divano letto matrimoniale. La zona notte è invece composta da 2 grandi stanze matrimoniali, una grande stanza doppia, un bagno con vasca e doccia e un altro bagno con doccia. Questa casa è caratterizzata soprattutto dalla presenza di un grande portico esclusivo di oltre 50mq, a cui si accede sia dal salone che dalla cucina, e dove in estate è possibile mangiare accanto al giardino.


Nel Castagno (67mq 2+1 persone) troviamo un grande e accogliente soggiorno con divano letto e con angolo cottura dotato di frigorifero, freezer, forno elettrico , lavastoviglie e tostapane. La zona notte è invece composta da un'ampia camera matrimoniale con al suo interno un bagno con doccia. Dalla camera da letto si accede ad una terrazza dalla quale è possibile vedere tutto il giardino.

Il Melograno (74mq con soppalco vivibile 3+1 persone) il più grande dei tre appartamenti del primo piano, è composto nella zona giorno da un soggiorno con angolo cottura (dotato di forno elettrico, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, freezer e tostapane) e un grande soppalco (dotato di un divano letto), dove è possibile rilassarsi leggendo o guardando la televisione.
Nella zona notte troviamo una camera singola, una grande camera matrimoniale e un bagno con doccia.

L'ultimo appartamento dell'unità principale, L'Uva (48mq 2 persone), è composto da un soggiorno, una cucina con forno elettrico frigorifero, freezer e tostapane, una grande stanza matrimoniale con un piccolo soppalco e un bagno con doccia.

Il primo piano del complesso principale offre una stanza comune dove spicca un grande focolare, originario della struttura antica, e da cui si accede ad una terrazza anche questa comune ai 3 appartamenti suddetti.

La prima dependance è costituita da due appartamenti: Il Melo (57mq 3 perone) e Il Pesco (44mq 2 persone), eventualmente comunicanti internamente. Entrambi gli appartamenti sono caratterizzati da una terrazza pergolata, accanto al giardino, dove in estate è possibile mangiare.

Il primo appartamento, Il Melo, è composto da un grande soggiorno con camino e angolo cottura (completo di frigorifero, freezer, forno elettrico, tostapane e lavastoviglie) da un ampia camera matrimoniale, una camera singola ed un bagno con doccia.

Il secondo appartamento della prima dependance, Il Pesco, è composto da un soggiorno con angolo cottura (anche questo completo di frigorifero, freezer, forno elettrico, tostapane e lavastoviglie), un'ampia camera matrimoniale ed un bagno con doccia.

La seconda dependance è Il Girasole (89mq 6 persone), casa che può adempiere a tutte le necessità anche delle persone disabili. L'appartamento è composto nella zona giorno da un grande soggiorno con divano letto, camino e angolo cottura, dotato di forno elettrico, frigorifero, freezer, tostapane e lavastoviglie. Nella zona notte troviamo un'ampia camera matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia per persone disabili, e un'ampia camera doppia con all'interno un altro bagno con doccia.

The Antica Posta of Vallelunga country-house is located in the heart of the Umbrian countryside, 15 minutes from Perugia, in a proximity of a provincial road that permit to reach all tuscan and umbrian cities.
What characterises the Antica Posta of Vallelunga, apart from the nature and the green that colours the entire valley, is without doubt the elegance of its furnishings, the refinement and taste for the antique which the owners have put into the restoration of the country-house and its furnishing, otherwise the dimension of the apartments, from 44sqm for the apartment for 2 until the 241sqm the apartment for 8. Each house, that can be considerated a realy apartment with big spaces, is completely independent and offer all that a family might need. Some have also fireplace.
Now transformed by its owners into a country-house Antica Posta offers 7 apartments, all very recently restructured.
In all the apartments the owners have sought to re-create a family atmosphere in order to satisfy those guests who wish to enjoy both the quiet of country life and the refinement of an exclusive facility.
The structure boasts a private garden of one hectare, large parking lots and a 16 x 8.6-metre swimming pool.
The owners have preserved various original features of the apartments such as arches, wooden beams, and all else that confers on the structure an aura of the past, an effort that can be noted both inside and outside the complex, where harmony has also been preserved between the surrounding vegetation and the elegant exterior structure.
It is possible to rent the entire complex, which with its 10 double rooms, 2 single rooms and 9 bathrooms can host up to 22 people, or 26 with the use of two sofa-beds.

The Hospitality
The 7 apartments are distributed between 2 outbuildings and the main Villa.
The main Villa is composed on the ground floor of a Casa grande of 241 square metres (6 pax) with a 50 sqm. porch, and on the first floor of 3 apartments: the Castagno (2+1 pax), with a private terrace, the Melograno (3+1 pax) and the Uva (2 pax).

The Casa grande (241 sqm 8 pax) presents an elegant entranceway, a large kitchen with all of the modern conveniences (electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster etc.) as well as a fireplace and a 75 sqm living room with a fireplace, dining room and study with double sofa bed. The sleeping area is made up of 2 double bedroom and 1 twin bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and another bathroom with shower. The Casa grande has also a porch big more than 50sqm. where the people can eat all together looking the swimming pool.

In the Castagno (67sqm 2+1 pax) we enter a large warm living room with a sofabed and with a kitchen equipped with electric oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. The sleeping area includes a bathroom with shower, a large double bedroom and a private terrace that looks onto the garden.

The Melograno (74sqm 3+1 pax), the largest of the three apartments on the first floor, is composed of a living room with kitchen equipped with electric oven, dishwasher and refrigerator, and a large loft where one can relax with a book or watch television. In the sleeping area we find a single bedroom, a large double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The last apartment in the main unit, the Uva (48sqm 2 pax), is composed of a living room, a kitchen with an electric oven and refrigerator, a big double room with a small loft and a bathroom with shower. The first floor of the main complex offers a common hall featuring a large fireplace, original of the ancient structure, where guests can linger to read or talk together, or enjoy the sun on the terrace accessed from this room.

The first outbuilding is the Girasole (89sqm 4 pax), a structure that can also meet the needs of disabled people, made up of two large rooms, a twin and double, two bathrooms (of which one for the disabled), a large living room with double sofa bed, fireplace and a kitchen equipped with electric oven, refrigerator and dishwasher.

The second outbuilding is comprised of two apartments: the Melo (57sqm 3 pax) and the Fior di Pesco (44sqm 2 pax). Both the apartment, that can be linked, have a trellis terrace beside the garden where in the summer is possible to eat.
The first apartment, the Melo, is composed of a large living room with fireplace and kitchen (complete with refrigerator, electric oven and dishwasher), and by the sleeping area, made up of a bathroom with shower, a small bedroom and a double bedroom.

The final apartment, the Fior di Pesco, offers a living room with cooking area, this too equipped with electric oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom.
